Breakfast.a must have.

We  never make it a point to put certain things in considerationbecause they seem .But always keep in mind that small things matter so much and when I say that I mean small things like breakfast.
Lunch is always mistaken to be the heaviest meal of the day but that is all wrong.breakfast is supposed to be the heaviest meal.one is supposed to start a day with a clear and real fresh mind in order to accomplish all of the day's tasks.breafast can be of two different kinds.it can be tea(all sorts of tea though milk  is highly recommended),plus bread or eggs or even a chappati and maybe pancakes or gnuts but one should at least escort the tea with four or three suppliments.the other kind of breakfast menu can be just;fresh juice plus the above mentioned supplements.lastly,one of the supplements that could even make a heavier meal is food;cooked and uncooked depending on how it is supposed to be eaten.
Keep in mind that when you start your day with a filled up stomach and a fresh mind,all your activities will move on plain sailing.Have a nice day.
